I've gone back in time for this little selection. The most recent series of Doctor Who saw me keep to the style of the later nineties Target reprints for my designs. You'll find them earlier in the blog.
These are more traditional in the style of the original few that were published in the mid seventies.
I'm actually quite pleased with these. I may go back and do the rest of the series at some point.

A week late with these...

You've probably heard by now of the official 2018 Doctor Who calendar. You may even have bought it from one of those calendar stores that frequent shopping centres this time of the year.
You will definitely have noticed one or two little 'errors' that have made it past the licencing department at the BBC. Notably the third Doctor quote, in which a demand for obedience is attributed to the heroic Time Lord when it was actually said by his arch nemesis, the Master.
There's also a modern 2015 Zygon on the fourth Doctor page.
This is unacceptable.
I thought I could do better. Though it seems that producing an error-free officially licenced calendar is more
difficult than it appears...
There. I thought that title would get your attention.
Here it is.
With apologies to Lee Binding who does a splendid job on the actual ones...
Shortly after the announcement that the creator/writer/producer of TV's Broadchurch, Chris Chibnall would be taking over the running of Doctor Who in the space year 2018, this fell through my letter box...
