The Definitive Week-by-week Guides to Your Favourite 80s TV Shows...??

It's that time of the year where we are, again, bombarded by new part-works. This year it's Star Trek graphic novels, Transformers graphic novels, Build Your Own R2D2s, Build Your Own Back To The Future DeLorean Car and Mathematics text books(!)

We here at the House of Andydrewz have been busy preparing our assault on the market and despite restraining order from Eaglemoss Publications, we're proud to reveal definitive guides to your favourites 80s television programmes.

Building week by week into stunning (and heavy) collections that will clutter your garages in years to come and put pressure on your already floundering marriage following the purchase of that limited edition David Tennant coat from the US.

Yours to collect.

Now.

Those New Spin-off Annuals From TV's Sherlock...

Each year I produce a selection of annuals for the Christmas period. In 2015, I did one for a Sherlock spin-off series featuring Mycroft Holmes. I posted it on here - along with some others - and then it went the way of all things.

Last week, following her sterling work in the second episode of the fourth series, I posted a cover for a Mrs. Hudson Adventures annual.

It seems to have gone down well with tweeterers. It got mentioned by the Radio Times and was featured on the #SherlockReacts show on the official BBC Sherlock channel.

Never one to leave a gag untold and to always wring the last drop of humour from it, I did a handful of other Sherlock spin-offs and posted them to Twitter.

Needless to say, the response has been underwhelming...

Here they are anyway...

(By the way, I have one final Sherlock spin-off annual to post but I won't be doing it until Sunday evening on the Twitter due to potential SPOILERS!)

The Strange World of Juliet Bravo Toys

There can't be many Saturday night TV shows that were broadcast during the 1980s that spawned as much merchandise as Juliet Bravo

Sadly much of it is rarely seen nowadays outside of Yorkshire where the "official Juliet Bravo play costume dress-up set" was the top Christmas present for two years running in 1982 and 1983.

Luckily, I've managed to acquire a job lot of this highly sought after material and I want to share it with you on my blog.

Why?

God knows...

Here they are.

Happy New Year!

I took a bit of a break over the Christmas/New year holiday. You probably noticed the lack of new posts since mid December... Over the next week or so, I'll be plumbing in a new PC and sorting out my files so the drought of new posts will continue for a few days yet.

In the meantime, I've spruced up my Third Doctor Target book covers with the more familiar 'gate logo' branding from the mid seventies. I'll post larger versions at a later date. I hope to create postcards out of some them.
