The Official Brexit Figurine Magazine

Since I haven't mentioned Brexit recently (though everyone else has), here's the latest part work due to hit newsagents shortly. I can't give a date for the publication but then again, that's a given...

If you liked this post (or indeed, any of the 400 odd others I've done over the years), why not buy me a coffee at my Ko-fi profile. The link is here.

Doctor Who Discovers... Politics!

TV's Dr. Who has always been a helping kind of person and he's recently revived his 'popular' range of Doctor Who Discovers books from the 1970s with a selection that will help the reader find their way through the murky mire that is modern politics.

You can even get one free with the the Christmas Radio Times.

How nice is that?

Splendid chap. All of him!

New Topical Eighth Doctor Adventures from BBCtv Books!

After TV's @OldRoberts953 observed on Twitter that 'The Shadow Cabinet' sounded like a Justin Richards Eight Doctor Adventure from the 90s, I thought what the heck... let's be topical!

Doctor Who and the Brexit of Peladon

Who says I'm stuck in the past and can't do anything topical???

There's apparently going to be a referendum in a couple months. The citizens of UK Britain are being asked whether they want to remain in Europe.

Not one to shirk from topical political issues, TV's Doctor Who has joined in with its traditional allegorical take on the situation using the primitive planet Peladon - just like it did with the miners' strike and the original entry into the common market back in the 70s.

It's a bit more obvious this time as the youth of today don't understand subtlety any more...
